Welcome to Our Comfortable and 3 bed detached Holiday Home in Central England in Rugby. 

Enjoy a charming stay at our 3-bedroom Rugby home in central England. Only 55 minutes by train from central London, quicker than most commutes within London. We are close to Warwick Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon, and the Cotswolds. We listed as 3rd best location for commuting and cost of living in the UK. Ideal for exploring local history and the areas between Oxford and Cambridge, London and Manchester or simply relaxing in comfort.


The Property

The Property is in a very friendly quite semi-rural area on the outskirts of Rugby.

The Property allows up to a maximum 6 guests to say comfortably in the property. It features an en suite master bedroom, a family bathroom, downstairs toilet, spacious lounge diner, conservatory, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom 1 and 2 can be configured to be for two single beds or one large double each.

Bedroom 3 has a small double bed allowing us to cater for 5 or 6 adults depending on the configuration.

The kitchen has in addition to the Induction Oven hobs, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, Toaster an AirFryer and Slow cooker.

Towels and soap will be provided for all guest as standard.

The property now has three external security cameras that cover the approach to the property but not affect customers privacy. The front door has a Ring Door Bell that can contact direct to your host and entry to the property is via Electronic Keypad fitted to the door.

Guest Access

Electronic Keypad entry is required into the property. The unique code will be valid for the duration of your stay. Remote Access can be activated remotely by the host should it be necessary. Contact to the host can be achieved by the Ring Door Bell. We will do our best to great and meet our guests to familiarize you with the property and its facilities.

Interaction with the Guests.

The Ring Door bell at the front of the property can contact the host directly. However within the property we will leave you our direct contact details should you need to contact us at any point.

Other details to notes

Within a five minute walk there is a local supermarket, Chinese takeaway and a very good Chip shop on Gerard Road. I recommend the George Pub for food or some place to have a quiet drink, this is a 20 minute walk to along to Main Street or you can take the No4 Bus which is on route. 

Comfort and Convenience Our home is well-insulated and fitted with a modern gas boiler, ensuring you can maintain your desired level of comfort year-round. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with a hand basin, shower, and toilet. Additionally, there is a family bathroom with a hand basin, bath shower, and toilet, as well as a convenient downstairs toilet.

Spacious Living Areas Enjoy ample space for relaxation and entertainment in our spacious lounge diner and conservatory. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and entertained with a television.

Fully Equipped Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction cooker and oven, microwave, slow cooker, and air fryer. All the essentials for cooking and dining are provided, making our home a delightful culinary venue.

Parking Our driveway offers double space parking, accommodating multiple cars for your convenience.

House Rules

  • No parties or loud noise after 21:30, as this is a peaceful and quiet area.
  • No smoking inside the house, as it violates house insurance policies and is unfair to non-smoking guests.
  • No pets
